Service Description
Consulting and coaching services are tailored to your unique needs and goals. Services may be delivered via video, phone, in person (based on location and availability), or a combination of these formats. The initial consultation includes an assessment of your needs and objectives, followed by a mutually agreed-upon focus and a clear outline of how consulting or coaching will support your growth and success. It is recommended that you complete the 15-30 minute Discovery Call or send an email inquiry before booking this session to ensure that we are a good fit before investing in this session. All purchases are nonrefundable.
Cancellation Policy
I value flexibility and understand that unforeseen events occur that may lead to the need to reschedule an appointment. I also value my time and have an expectation that communication will be clear and that my time will be respected. If an appointment is a "no-show" the full fee will be charged. If this is a session that is part of a package that has been purchased, the session will count as one of the package sessions used. If you need to reschedule with advanced notice (more than 48 hours notice), there will be no rescheduling fee. If notice is less than 24 hours, there will be a $50 cancelation fee. If the circumstances are extenuating, a waiver of this fee can be requested.
