Service Description
Services vary in scope depending on the needs of your organization. Services available include leadership consulting and coaching, support with developing policies and procedures, program development, evaluation of systems and recommendations for strengthening the organization, and other support that contributes to systemic improvement. Scope and pricing will vary based on the extent of services requested and will be negotiated during consultation sessions. Booking this session includes an initial consultation to explore the scope of your organizations needs and whether my services would be a good fit. Further contracting will occur to outline the cost and scope of services if we agree to work together following this session.
Cancellation Policy
Larger scale services such as consulting and negotiated projects require a contract with an agreed upon fee. The payment agreement will be negotiated ahead of time. When purchasing an initial consulting session, the fee is due at booking. Accommodations will be considered if rescheduling needs to occur. All purchases are non-refundable. By purchasing a service or booking a session, you are acknowledging that you understand and accept these terms. All larger projects and organizational consulting require the purchase of an initial consultation session to ensure that we are a good fit. The consultation session is non-refundable.
