Your $129 monthly membership in the Leadership Growth Collective includes the following: 1. All participants are added to private Telegram group for community connection and conversation with the facilitator and other Leaders 2. Weekly topic drops on Mondays – a Leadership growth topic is introduced at the start of the week to spark conversation and connection 3. Weekly Reflection prompt dropped on Fridays- to prompt reflection on progress and growth for the week and strengthen self-awareness and insight development 4. Weekly System Regulation prompt- A healthy and well-regulated system is a critical part of healthy leadership and burnout prevention. A weekly system regulation prompt will be posted to support building and sustaining a healthy nervous system. 5. Open chat board for members to drop thoughts and needs in for the week for collaborative support and discussion 6. Once monthly group Leadership Coaching video session (schedule and link placed in Telegram app) 7. Access to the Leadership Mini-Lessons rolled out once a month to support learning and discussions

Cancellation Policy
Welcome to the Level Up Leadership Learning Cohort! Your subscription to this program is monthly and will renew automatically monthly once you complete registration. You can cancel at any time but will not receive a refund for funds already paid. When you cancel, you will remain in the program through the month that you have paid for so that you can continue to access the supports during that time. While the subscription is managed and paid for here on this app, you will also need to download the Telegram app (free) where a bulk of our connection will occur and you will need access to Zoom for our monthly video calls.
