Cancellation Policy
Larger scale services such as consulting and negotiated projects require a contract with an agreed upon fee. The payment agreement will be negotiated ahead of time. When purchasing an initial consulting session, the fee is due at booking. Accommodations will be considered if rescheduling needs to occur. All purchases are non-refundable. By purchasing a service or booking a session, you are acknowledging that you understand and accept these terms. All larger projects and organizational consulting require the purchase of an initial consultation session to ensure that we are a good fit. The consultation session is non-refundable.
